Cover the crockpot and cook:

About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
Drain and set them aside.
Serve and Enjoy:

Drizzle extra gravy on top for maximum flavor.
Variations
Protein Options:
Substitute stew meat with cubed chuck roast, sirloin tips, or even chicken thighs for a different take.
Veggie Additions:
Add carrots, peas, or green beans during the last hour of cooking for extra nutrition.
Wine Flavor Boost:
Replace half of the beef broth with red wine for a richer flavor profile.
Herbaceous Twist:
Add a bay leaf or fresh thyme sprigs to the crockpot for an aromatic touch.
Dairy-Free:
Use a dairy-free cream of mushroom soup substitute if needed.
Tips
Searing the Beef: For extra flavor, sear the stew meat in a hot skillet before adding it to the crockpot.
Thicker Gravy: If you prefer a thicker gravy, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water, then stir it into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
Freezing: The beef tips and gravy freeze well for up to 3 months. Cook noodles fresh when reheating.
This comforting recipe is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy family dinner!
