Ingredients:
– 1lb ground turkey (recipe calls for ground beef, was just my replacement)
– 1/2 onion diced
– 1 green bell pepper diced
– 2 tsp minced garlic (I always add way more garlic then recipes say)
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 2 cans of crushed tomatoes
– 1 can of diced tomatoes
– 3 cups chicken broth (beef broth if using beef)
– 3 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
Directions:
Cook your meat of choice with onion. Throw in crock pot with all ingredients above except for macaroni on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4. 15 minutes before serving add in uncooked noodles. I top with shredded cheddar cheese. Definitely can make it your own with whatever veggies, toppings etc.
