Ingredients

For the Rollups:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Season the Beef: Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Remove from heat and mix in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Prepare Dough: Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
