Apple Salad

2 large apples, chopped

½ cup celery, chopped

½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

½ cup grapes, halved

¼ cup dried cranberries

½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, celery, walnuts (or pecans), grapes, and dried cranberries.

In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
