Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups frozen peas or broccoli (optional)
- 1½ cups fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the casserole base:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until evenly mixed.
