CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (about 1 1/2 cups mashed)

3/4 cup chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or oat substitute). flour for a gluten-free option)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (or sugar substitute for a low-calorie option)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for an extra hint of chocolate)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  1. Mix the wet ingredients:
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
  1. Combine the dry ingredients:
