Ingredients:
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic, freshly minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
4 to 5 pounds of baby back ribs
Instructions:
In a zip-top bag, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper if using.
Seal the bag and knead it with your hands to mix the ingredients well. Add the ribs to the bag.
Reseal the bag and shake it to ensure the ribs are thoroughly coated with the marinade.
Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray and place the ribs inside.
Pour half of the marinade from the bag over the ribs in the crockpot to cover them.
Cook on high heat for 4 to 5 hours or on low heat for 9 hours, until the meat is falling off the bone.
For slightly firmer meat that stays on the bone, cook on low heat for 7 hours.
For an extra touch, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil them for 2 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
Serve with extra sauce on the side for those who want more.
Enjoy!
