Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Construction:

  1. Cook the Pasta
    • Boil linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Steak
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    • Sear the steak slices for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
    • Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
  4. Combine Everything
    • Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
    • Return the steak to the pan and mix well.
  5. Serve & Garnish
    • Top with grated Parmesan (if using) and garnish with parsley or green onions.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
