- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Construction:
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Steak
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Sear the steak slices for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
- Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Return the steak to the pan and mix well.
- Serve & Garnish
- Top with grated Parmesan (if using) and garnish with parsley or green onions.
