Pineapple Lemonade
Sweet, tangy, and refreshing—this tropical twist on classic lemonade is perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5-6 lemons)
- 1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or bottled)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup sparkling water (optional, for fizz)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple slices & lemon wheels (for garnish)
- Mint leaves (optional, for freshness)
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves (no need to boil). Let cool.
2️⃣ Mix the Juices
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, and cold water. Stir well.
3️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for 1 hour (or serve immediately over ice).
- Just before serving, add sparkling water (if using) for bubbles.
- Garnish with pineapple slices, lemon wheels, and mint.
